Approval Workflow

The Approval Workflow feature lets you establish an approval process for orders placed on your Workspaces. Access a password-protected system to build a workflow for order approval.

  • One click is all it takes to start the order.
  • An email will be sent to you and your team automatically when a document is ordered and ready for production. The email gives you access to:
    • A copy of the document being sent for production (print, email, Web, mobile messaging)
    • A fast, low resolution Web preview of every piece in your campaign
    • The option to download a high resolution PDF proof of the first 3 records in your campaign
    • Approve, cancel or comment on the order
  • If you reject an item, you can send the creator notes and recommendations.
  • Approval workflows can also be established for the creation or uploading of new documents, images, and layouts. This gives your employees and clients the freedom to create while maintaining your peace of mind.
